About Me

For as long as I can remember I’ve been fascinated by relationships and the nuances of love. My deep interest in relationships, intimacy and parenting has forged my path as a passionate and dedicated therapist. My greatest passion in life is to continue deepening my understanding of the intricacies of connection, love and sexual intimacy and share these insights with individuals and couples around the world who wish to expand their relationships and live fun and fulfilling lives.

I have trained with Esther Perel and have carried out all 3 levels of the Gottman Couples Training courses, both of whom are renowned and leading experts in the field of relationships.

Zoë is known for bringing depth, insight and playfulness to sessions. Her clients share their experience as being one filled with deep understanding and relief as Zoë offers simplicity to the complexity of relationships and brings comfortability and lightness to the inherent discomfort of intimacy and sex. Zoë often describes her work in layers, helping to unravel the meaning behind your experiences and support you in communicating this to your partner or family members in a way that they will deeply understand. Simultaneously, Zoë will offer suitable strategies and techniques that will enable you to negotiate life’s challenges without compromising your wellbeing and happiness. Drawing from a range of evidence-based practices, Zoë takes on a pluralistic therapeutic approach. This means she combines the teachings, techniques and practices of a range of therapeutic modalities to best suit the needs of her clients.

When Zoë is not with her clients, she adores spending time with her partner, family and friends rock climbing, canyoning, horse riding or surfing. Zoë also loves flying helicopters – a lifelong dream and a brilliant way to stimulate the ‘mechanical’ side of her mind. She equally appreciates the quieter moments and loves finishing her day reading a book in her outside bath. She adores animals and as a WIRES volunteer, she usually has at last 1 baby joey in her care.

Practicing yoga and dancing daily – Zoe describes these activities as both her movement meditation and her daily dose of fun.
